Returns, cancellation & refunds

If an item reaches you damaged, broken, leaking or is not what you ordered, WhatsApp or call us on 9327566111 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you.

For hygiene and religious reasons, opened or used agarbatti, dhoop, samagri and pooja items cannot be returned, unless they were damaged or wrong.

You can cancel before the order is dispatched - just call or WhatsApp us on 9327566111. After dispatch, an order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds are sent to your UPI ID / bank account (or to the original payment method for online payments) within 5-7 working days after we approve the refund.
