This website is run by Shree Sai Agarbatti & Pooja Bhandar, Shop No. 1, B-530, Jalaram Nagar, Near Sarvodaya Bank, GHB Pandesara, Surat - 394221, Gujarat, India. By placing an order on this website you agree to these simple terms.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are final - there are no hidden charges. We try to show products and prices correctly; if there is a mistake we will call you before processing the order and you may cancel it.

Natural products like agarbatti and dhoop can vary slightly in colour and fragrance from batch to batch. Product photos are for reference.

Your order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or the order looks fraudulent - any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for Surat addresses on orders of ₹799 or more.
